Dunkin's Story...
Hello, My name is Dunkin. I am a male neutered gray tabby. I celebrate my birthday in October 2013. I am up to date on my boosters and rabies shots and I have tested negative for both Feline Aids and Leukemia. I am a well behaved house cat. I was surrendered to Cats Bridge to Rescue because my family, who I lived with all my life, had a young child who was allergic to me. I am very gentle and I like to be picked up. I am very affectionate and I will purr like a motor boat when stroked. I get along very well with both cats and dogs. I am used to children and I like them too!! Please give me a chance for a forever home. Please contact Cats Bridge to Rescue on 215-987-8961.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dunkin, a Trevose Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Trevose, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Trevose.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Trevose already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Trevose breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Trevose paves the way for another one to be saved.
