JoeyW, aka Joey, is a domestic short haired orange and white male kitten. His date of birth is July 30th, 2016. As his foster mom, I must tell you right away of his most amazing feature, this would be his purr! He has the loudest engine I have heard in a long time! You simply get close to him and he starts up that engine and it doesn’t stop. Joey loves to cuddle up next to you on the couch and always wants to be near his family all of the time.

Joey needs to have at least one other pet as a playmate or a human that is home most of the time. It is preferred that Joey have a kitten or cat of similar age as a playmate, but he is used to small and medium sized dogs, so that should be ok as well. He is also used to crazy loud random barking and lots of household chaos. He has not been around children, but he should be just fine with them.

Joey uses his litter box wonderfully and also only scratches on his designated scratching posts. He loves to play when he is not busy cuddling. He especially loves the cat toy called, “Da Bird.” It sails in the air with spinning feathers that mimics the sound of a bird. He is always ready to try and catch that bird!

Joey is a super sweetheart of a kitten. As his foster mom, there is nothing negative I can say about him. He will surely bring you and your family lots of love and joy.

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4pm.
