We know he's off the charts adorable, right?? Isaiah is about 11 months old and he is a blend of Rottweiler/Australian Shepherd. Folks let me just tell you that he is fabulous! Isaiah is everything you could ever want in a dog, all rolled into one sweet treat! He offers hugs and kisses to every person he meets. He even knows to be very gentle with kids. He is definitely a lover!

On top of his winning personality, Isaiah is also super smart. He knows his name, and he will come when he is called. He has already learned “sit” and “down” in the short time he has been with his foster parents. Isaiah is completely crate-trained, and his house training is going great! Like we said, a perfect combination all rolled into one. Don’t let this sweet boy get away from you!

About Rural Animal Rescue Effort (RARE)

About Our Rescue Group...

Rural Animal Rescue Effort (RARE) is an organization that is dedicated to saving animals in rural areas, mainly in 'pounds' and shelters, both high-kill and no-kill. There tends to be a higher overpopulation rate in rural areas due to lack of animal ordinances and alteration to prevent unwanted litters. Many animals are 'dumped' on country roads left to parish or end up at the local pound or animal shelter if they have an empty kennel. Many of these animals have a limited number of days before they are euthanized. In addition to placing animals in foster and adoptive homes, networking with rescues to assist in placement and adoption of animals, RARE also performs fundraisers for spay/neuters and other vetting to prevent further overpopulation and promote quality of life for the animals we save.

Our Adoption Process...

Adoption fees cover all vetting for the animals in our care, including vaccinations, Heart-worm test, Heart-worm treatment if needed, Feline Leukemia test, spay/neuter and may vary, depending on species.

Fosters and Adopters will be required to complete an application with personal and Veterinary references. A home visit is also required.
RESCUES, please contact us regarding pull information or pull fee, if any, depending on vetting already provided by RARE.
