Bowie's Story...
Brianne and her puppies were rescued from a Baton Rouge kill shelter. These puppies are large and will be large, fluffy dogs when full grown. Each puppy has received two sets of puppy shots and bordetella. They are going to the bathroom outside, using a doggy door. These puppies are fun and sweet, not super hyper.

To meet any of these puppies, please go to www.heavenlydogpaws.org, to complete an online adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bowie, a Folsom Great Pyrenees/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Folsom, or seeking a Great Pyrenees/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Folsom.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Folsom already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Folsom breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Great Pyrenees/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Folsom paves the way for another one to be saved.
