Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Basil
Breed: Californian
Color: White / Gray
Age: 1 year
Size: Large
Sex: Spayed female
ID# RR75
Weight 6.5 pounds
Info:
I am already spayed, litterbox trained, and purebred. I am shy and sweet. I am working on trusting people because I was once just a hutch rabbit intended for food.
My Story:
My previous owner purchased a bunch of rabbits and raised them for meat. He had his freezers full and let 30 plus domestic rabbits loose in his yard. The neighbors complained and our rescue was notified. We went out and trapped some rabbits and spayed and neutered them. Others are in still in temporary foster and some have been relocated to other rescue groups.
