Brody's Story...
DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF EMAILS RECEIVED, WE ARE UNABLE TO ANSWER ALL OF THEM. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING, THE FIRST STEP WOULD BE TO FILL OUT AN ADOPTION APPLICATION TO SEE IF A DOG WILL BE A FIT FOR YOUR HOUSEHOLD. AN ADOPTION APPLICATION CAN BE FOUND AT: www.waldosmuttleycrew.org. Thank you!

Brody 1 yr old lab/pointer. Neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped.
Good with dogs/people potty trained, crate trained
A little shy when you initially meet him. Brody came from an abusive home and will need a quiet and calm household. He also needs a physical fence and a doggie playmate would be ideal. Adoption fee $150.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brody, a Indianapolis Labrador Retriever/Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Pointer for sale in Indianapolis, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Pointer dog from a breeder in Indianapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Indianapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Indianapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Pointer breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Indianapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
