Willow's Story...
Can you believe Willow is 12 years old?! She's a timeless beauty for sure! This lovely gal is such a sweetheart and a joy to spend time with. She's mellow overall, but still has plenty of pep in those old paws when she's leashed up- Willows LOVES her walks. To her, there's nothing better than sniffing around in the sunshine, enjoying the great outdoors. Okay, couch time is just as good too. ;-) Sweet Willow will make the perfect Tv buddy for her new family! Willow gets along well with her kennel mate and would love to meet your dog from home. Bring them in and we can help you with a dog intro.

You can visit with sweet senior Willow in E building at our West Valley Animal Care Center at 2500 S. 27th Ave., Phx. Hours are 11-6 Mon-Fri and 11-5 Sat & Sun. Willow's $20 adoption fee includes spay, rabies certificate and County license.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Willow, a Phoenix Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
