SASSY & Tripper's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

SASSY & Tripper's Story...
Sassy is a little white cocker with a few Merle-like and grey and tannish markings, and her left ear is also grey--very pretty and unusual coloring. She and Tripper are a very bonded pair of Cockers and so they will be adopted together into the same home. They shall never be split up. Their owner is having some health issues and wants to find a home for them with someone who is retired or someone who can be home with them most of the time. Though Sassy is fine with kids, Tripper is a little nervous around them, so a home without children would be better for them. They are good on leash and love going for walks. They also love to run in their yard or at the dog park. Tripper watches out for his sister, Sassy, who is deaf, and she always stays close to him. They are trained to use a doggie door and are good about that, though Sassy might have an accident at nighttime as she is afraid to go outside in the dark by herself. As long as someone can take her out if she gets up at night, she is fine. They will sleep in crates at night or on the bed with you. They are very loving and sweet. Why Adoption is a Great Option

SASSY & Tripper, a Santa Barbara Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Santa Barbara, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Santa Barbara.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Barbara already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Barbara breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Barbara paves the way for another one to be saved.
