Elsa's Story...
★ “Queen" ELSA – DSH, Young Adult, Female, Brown/White Tabby Cat ‪#‎AVAILABLE‬‬‬‬‬‬ (09-07-16-04) ★

"Hi, I'm ELSA, and I'm here at the Tehama County Animal Care Center, 1830 Walnut Street, Red Bluff, CA and it has A LOT of cats and not one of them realizes I'm royalty.... can you imagine!!!! It kinda has me down, because all these humans should be focused just on ME... I say ME .... just ME, and instead I have to... I can barely physically say this... COMPETE WITH EVERYONE ELSE FOR

ATTENTION.... What is a girl supposed to do? I'm regal, I'm pretty, I'm litter box trained, up to date on all my shots and I'm Feline Leukemia (FeLV) NEGATIVE,,, what (I ask you) is not to love?

So I think you'd better call 530-527-3439 and ADOPT me, or spread the word. so someone who sees your share can!!!! Then we both can live royally!!
Love , ELSA"

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Elsa, a Red Bluff Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Red Bluff, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Red Bluff.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Red Bluff already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Red Bluff breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Red Bluff paves the way for another one to be saved.
