Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Brownie likes other dogs but prefers to be with his person. He isn’t mean to other dogs; he just prefers people and will be off by himself. He wants and needs his inside kennel so that he knows he has a ‘safe place’ he seeks it out for sleeping and resting in. He loves, loves being in the house, so primarily an inside dog. He is very quiet, watchful and reserved. He is the perfect little gentleman. He is not attached to you but will wait until you call for him. He used to when let outside go and immediately jump the fence to run the neighborhood, then would jump back into the yard within 5-10 minutes, but now, he will go directly to the grass, potty, then run as fast as he can back to the door to be let inside for a treat. He enjoys being petted. He is more of a laid back boy, just easy-going, non-demanding, and relaxed. He does have his spurts energy and playfulness, but mostly prefers to just hang around. Both boys are loving, food and affection motivated. Gets along with other dogs. Completely house trained. No food aggression, no toy or any other aggression whatsoever. Not a digger, not destructive, no bad habits other than he can and will jump a fence so will require a home where he is strictly an inside dog that get walked daily or a home with a privacy fence. Can be adopted alone or with his brother Blackie. To adopt Brownie please go to our website and complete the pre-adoption application http://www.southernskiesrescue.org
