Mutlu is the Turkish word for happy or merry and he is just that! Mutlu is full of cuddles once he gets settled in and he loves to play with his people and his siblings. The adoption fee for kittens under 5 months is $80 or two for $130, and includes spay/neuter, two distemper shots, FELV/FIV testing, dewormer, and microchip.
