Austin's Story...
Awesome Austin is absolutely amazing! This stunning pup is only 8 months old, but he already exhibits the manners and focus of an adult dog. Austin was abandoned at our doors after his owners were forced out of their home. We know that he's a Cane Corso/American Bulldog mix, which is very unique and special - perfect for Austin! We also know he grew up with young children, and he was gentle and affectionate with them. We think he'd do very well in a home with kids of any age! Austin is already housebroken, and he LOVES LOVES LOVES other dogs! He's super playful, and he'll wrestle for hours if you let him. Austin is a gentle, easygoing, tolerant boy through and through - if you're looking for a family dog, look no further!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Austin, a Oak Park Cane Corso/American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cane Corso/American Bulldog for sale in Oak Park, or seeking a Cane Corso/American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Oak Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oak Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oak Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cane Corso/American Bulldog breeders who help with Cane Corso/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oak Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
