Facts about ENZO

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Tiger Striped
  • Age: Kitten
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Enzo came to STH at six weeks of age with a gaping 3 inch gash across his throat. It appeared that someone tried to disposed of this sweet baby in the recycle center of their local grocery store. How Enzo's neck was sliced open...I have absolutely no idea nor do I even want to think about how it could have happened. All I knew was that I needed to help this baby. So, I pulled him from our local shelter into STH as my foster, so he could get the help he needed to heal properly...both mentally and physically.

After two surgeries to close the wound to his neck, Enzo is now 16 weeks old and fully healed. There is not even any indication that Enzo had any trauma to neck neck...not even any hair loss. Enzo is ready to find his forever home! I know as a foster, all the animals that come through our doors are special. But, this baby from the first day i brought him home...has shown me nothing but love. Enzo is one of the most affectionate fosters I have ever had. Always wanting to be close to you or held while you're watching TV. Even after everything he has been through...Enzo is just so trusting.

Enzo has recuperated at my residence with my other foster kittens and resident cats...of which he loves! However, he has never been exposed to dogs. Enzo's perfect environment would be ready laid back and easy going. When things move quickly around him...he starts to want to retreat until things quiet down. This baby deserves a new start...Maybe, it's with you!

All Shelter to Home animals are fully vetted per their age. We believe in pediatric spay and neutering. All animals will be spayed or neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV, given age appropriate boosters and rabies, de-wormed, flea treated, and anything extra that is needed to give this feline a wonderful forever life in a permanent home.
