Bella's Story...
Up for adoption in Texas and New England: Puppy Bella.
My name is Bella! I'm a four month old Lab mix. My foster mom says I'm one of the cutest, smartest puppies ever!
I'm just about potty trained! I am a medium energy girl that loves to play with other dogs and people! Not sure about cats! Don't know that I've met any. I'm pretty good at leash walking, I just need a little more practice! I'm super sweet and love to be loved on and pet. I sleep all night and chill during the day after play.
Puppy Bella is 6 months old and weighs 26lbs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella, a Houston Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Houston, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
