Phoebe's Story...
Hi! My name is Phoebe. I'm a 2 year old Domestic Short Hair. I have been spayed, de-wormed, micro-chipped, and I have received my vaccinations. I will still require a rabies vaccine after I am adopted.

I am a pretty girl that loves ear scratches and to be talked to. I have eyes that will make you say every time I'm in trouble, "aww, I can't be mad at that face!" Not that I'm a trouble maker, but I mean I'm a cat, I will probably do something like walk in front of you when I shouldn't and trip you, or take your nice warm spot on the couch if you get up for a minute. I am a cat, it's my responsibility to make you shake your head and wonder what is going through my head on a daily basis, but still make you love me beyond belief. So all I'm looking for in a home is people to love me, some toys, and warm spots on the couch for me to steal. So if I sound like the girl for you, then come meet me today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Phoebe, a Lloydminster Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Lloydminster, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Lloydminster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lloydminster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lloydminster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lloydminster paves the way for another one to be saved.
