My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ruthie has been in our care for the last 5 months. Sadly, she was a house cat that was dumped off at the end of a farm driveway. Completely terrified, it took the farm owner 2 weeks to manage to trap her to bring her inside.

She was thin and very nervous but open to love and care. Her temperament has improved greatly over the last few months. While still sometimes nervous of quick movement or loud noises, she loves to snuggle and give hugs. She's happy to play and be the 'psuedo mom" for kittens that come through the rescue. She's been exposed to medium sized dogs and other cats. She would do better with older children that understand the child-feline relationship boundaries.

She has tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV, been spayed and microchipped and is up to date with vaccinations/deworming.
