My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ivy is a beautiful girl! She was born in April/May 2016 and is a nice size at 30-35 lbs. She was rescued from the Ft. McDowell Indian Reservation. Out there she hadn't been treated very nicely by people, and was pretty terrified of everything when we first got her. She has settled in well and is learning to trust, but she needs a kind family who is willing to spend some time helping her realize that people won't hurt her. We've rescued lots of dogs like Ivy, and they always turn out to be wonderful family dogs when given love and patience. While Ivy is wary of people, she absolutely loves other dogs! She MUST have another nice, friendly dog in the house as a positive role model. She also needs a yard, as she is not the type of dog to do well in an apartment. Ivy is a really good puppy and she is going to be a great dog! She is very smart. She was housebroken and crate-trained very quickly! Adoption fee for Ivy is $150, and she is already spayed, micro-chipped, and has received her rabies and DAPP puppy vaccinations. If you are interested in meeting Ivy, please email Delon.Washo@asu.edu or text your email address to 602-295-4518 and let us know that you are interested in filling out an application on Ivy.

AZ Prussian Snailhound Dog Rescue would like to remind everyone that puppies are a big commitment and require a lot of attention. Puppies often exhibit undesirable behaviors such as chewing and digging. Of course they also are a lot of fun and are very lovable too. When choosing a puppy please consider how much time you will be able to spend training and socializing your new puppy.
