Anika's Story...
Meet Anika, a tiny little female retired breeder about 6 lbs. and 8 years old. She is very shy, and very sweet. If you are looking for a true rescue she's your girl. She is very timid, but you can see she wants to be loved; she wags her tail when she sees you. Likes to be petted, and held; will sit alongside you on a chair for as long as you let her. She has a heart murmur, and takes some meds to help with that issue which is why she is a special needs rescue. She's hoping there is someone out there who will love her for who she is, and will help her become a regular dog. So far, she is a quiet girl, and loves to lay in her crate with the door open. She is currently fostered in Racine, WI with other dogs and does okay with them. Cats are an unknown as the foster doesn't have any. She is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations. For additional information or to request a meet and greet, contact, or leave a message at 262-554-9843. Her adoption fee of $250 covers her spay , and vetting costs.
