Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roger is a beautiful pure breed (?) Shih Tzu who is about 1-1/2 yrs old and 15 lbs. This little guy had very little human contact before coming to Pet Rescue. He has been living in a loving foster home for the past 5 months and has come a long way, but still has a long way to go. He takes treats from his foster mom's hand and let's her pick him up to get petted, but tenses up before he relaxes. He does not willingly go up to her on his own. He is friendly with other dogs of all sizes - in fact, he needs a home that has at least one other friendly dog who can teach him that the world is a fun, happy place. He shares in all dog activities - toys, treats, outdoor exploring, playing and napping. He is cat-friendly and house trained too. Roger needs a special human with patience, love and understanding to give him the time he needs to adjust to living as a beloved pet and family member. Please -- a home without children, a fenced-in yard and another dog(s) is a must.
