Here's what the humans have to say about me:
12/9/08: Tanner is a very sweet boy that seems to be fairly submissive but friendly with people. Although he did not show well at the adoption day, he appears to do fine with the four beagle girls he is housed with. He is such a gentleman that even lets them dine first and takes his meal last. He gets a little nervous in new situations so I think he may be best suited for a home with older children.
Tanner seems to be a pretty mellow and not-large boy. He was very sweet and friendly when I was with him. Loved being petted!!
Dwight, Tanner, Jenifer, Phoenix and Radiska all came from a hoarding case in Maryland. The two BREW volunteers who sprung them from the shelter said about them: “The beagles enjoyed being cuddled, hugged and kissed. You know me, (said Linda)I have yet to find a beagle face that did not need a kiss. They did not mind me getting in their personal space. The only one I heard bark was Jenifer when she wanted Mr. Bob to play with her. All the other dogs were very quiet. The kennel tech said they had just been out to play. He said they all interacted well with each other.”
