Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Champagne will need extra time to adjust to a new home. She came from a feral cat colony of gorgeous Snowshoes. She hid under the bed for two months in her foster home and would hide up in the box spring until it was blocked off. She has been adopted out twice and returned due to hiding. She has finally adjusted to her foster home and sleeps on the bed or on top of a cat scratching tree. She lives with several cats and dogs and does not mind them. We will be extra-selective to make sure that Champagne finds the right home on the next try. The home needs to be quiet and stable. Her adopters will need to be patient and give her time to settle in, even if that takes months not days. And be OK with her if she never ends up being a lap cat. She is OK being held but does not usually seek attention. If you think you might be able to offer her such a home, email is at BCSSpayDay@gmail.com for an adoption application and we can figure out if you are the right match for Champagne.
