0 JULY 2017: With his Twiggy-like physique, Agent 86 cunning, and a voice like Big Mama Thorton, Rebel is back to looking for his furever home. This is a dog who plays hard and sleeps hard; he would most likely benefit from the companionship of another playful dog or frequent doggy daycare visits. He loves hikes and new adventures. Rebel is a brave little man, except when it comes to giving blood; a needle will cause him to shriek like I do when I see a mouse.
16 JULY 2017: Rebel is back with BREW and will be available for adoption after he takes care of some things at the vet. Stay tuned!
27 NOVEMBER 2016: Rebel made good use of the Thanksgiving holiday to conquer the jungle gym and the climbing wall at the local playground. Now he is so excited to go for a car ride and insists on sitting in the front seat!
21 NOVEMBER 2016: The election season got you down? Do you have high blood pressure? Maybe you have trouble sleeping. Rebel is the antidote for these and many maladies of modern day life. Good with cats, with kids, with other dogs. Rarely barks, laughs at all your jokes, extremely grateful for a little shut eye on the steering wheel at a red light! Rebel is an enthusiastic hiker, very well-mannered. He will improve your life in every way!
14 NOVEMBER 2016: The perfect guest: loving, brave, calm, strong, sweet, that's Rebel! Goes poop and pee while on the leash, rides well in the car, friendly and playful with the other dogs. What more could you ask from this slightly built gentleman? Looking for someone who likes to cuddle. Special feature: his tail ends in an apostrophe!
Original info: Rebel is a little, 2-year-old beagle that weighs 14 pounds. He is the offspring of Bonnie and Clyde and was an owner give up to the Amelia County Animal Shelter. He is house-trained, playful, friendly, and gets along well with other dogs. Rebel is now fully vetted and ready for his foster or forever home!
