Hello, I'm Mittens the kitten! I am approximately 6 months old and I'm a cute little girl. I try to meow but I just haven't found it just yet. However, what I lack in talking, I give to you in Lioness-like purrs. I love to cuddle and snuggle with my human. I'm good with other dogs and cats and I love kids. I am a tiny girl for my age but I'm quite a big hearted lover. Please find it in your hearts to open up your lap and arms for my love in your home. I love to play and scratch so remember, I am a kitten and we have sharp nails. Scratching posts and jingle balls are my favorite toys. Please email the rescue for an adoption application if you are interested in adopting me.

She is and will be current on all required vaccinations through to her age at time of adoption. If not already spayed prior to adoption, a Spay/Neuter contract will be required as an addendum to the Adoption Contract with a refundable $100 deposit. Adoption fees are $180 and non-refundable.

Come Meet Our Pets...

If you wish to meet one of our furry babies, please email us and request an appointment. Due to the animal's being in foster care, we need to accommodate the availability of the foster parents as well as potential furever parents.

When emailing or calling, please allow us 48-72 hours to respond during our open hours for us to respond back.

Our Adoption Process...

Our usual fee to adopt is $180. If the pet is not already spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to an approved adoption application, a $100 deposit is collected and a spay/neuter contract must be signed stating the animal being adopted will be spay/neutered within 30 days of adoption and a copy of certificate from a licensed vet/clinic must be provided to the rescue within 14 days after surgery. If not complied with, the $100 deposit is forfeited and animal can be reclaimed and put back up for adoption. An adoption application must be completed and submitted prior to any adoptions. All applicants must submit and agree to a home visit from an officer of the rescue. Background checks are conducted to verify no criminal or civil charges are pending or posted against potential adopter in regards to animal welfare. Once references and checks come back satisfactory, adopter is contacted and time is arranged for any surgeries and/or adoption. An adoption contract is then signed and agreed upon by both the rescue representative and adopter. A copy of the contract along with original vetting records go to the adopter. Original contract and copy of vetting records stays with the rescue.
