My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet sweet handsome man Odie! Odie was brought into the shelter during the Historic flood with his sister Cricket, because his family lost their home. Eventually, the family made the difficult but loving decision to surrender the pair for adoption with the condition that they must be adopted together as they were a strongly bonded pair. (see sissy Cricket here as well!).

Odie loves attention and has such a great personality. He has lots of energy for his age but also loves to spend time napping on the couch. He sometimes barks at cats until he gets used to them. He does great on a leash and loves long walks. He is kennel trained and likes to share a kennel with his sister Cricket.

Odie is wonderful with children and would make a great family dog. He does not chew on shoes or furniture. He would do best in a home with a fenced yard and with someone who has time to give him attention. When this pair is left alone, they tend to bark a good bit sometimes, so an apartment is probably not a good living situation. Odie is heartworm negative and has no heath issues! Are you the perfect pet parent for this dynamic duo????

All dogs come with a microchip, annual vaccinations including EBR rabies license and tag, dewormer, vet exam and spay/neuter. Adoption fee is $150-$200.
