Pug Mix Puppy for adoption in Kimberton, Pennsylvania - Darla

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Darla's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Darla's Story...
Darla is an 8-year-old, spayed Pug mix with diabetes. This sweet, special needs senior is house & crate trained, loves toys & kongs, and gets along well with other dogs.

This 10-pound pup is on a special diet and gets two shots of medication daily to maintain her diabetes (she's used to the shots and doesn't mind them at all).

Darla isn't super comfortable with young children but would be an excellent addition to a family that doesn't have kids under the age of 10.

As Darla is a special needs dog, a lower adoption fee may apply.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Darla, a Kimberton Pug puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Kimberton, or seeking a Pug puppy from a breeder in Kimberton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kimberton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kimberton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kimberton paves the way for another one to be saved.
