Hey there everybody, I'm Max. I'm about 8 years old and I weigh 68 pounds. I'm a sweet and cuddly fella who is happy to just be with people and roll in the soft grass once in a while. My former owner brought me to a groomer but never came back for me. The groomer tried and tried to reach her but finally had to take me to a shelter. The shelter was able to reach my owner but she did not come get me. This made me pretty sad. Luckily for me, a volunteer from AGB came and got me. AGB made me a promise that they would take care of me and help me find my forever family. I'm house trained and I like car rides. I'm good on a leash and I take treats gently. I had no issues with other dogs at the shelter. I'm a pretty happy go lucky guy, I just crave love and attention. AGB found that I have heart worms. If they had not taken me in and started giving me the medicine I need, I could have died! But they say I will be well soon and moving on to my happy new life. If you're looking for a great guy to be your new best friend, I hope you will come see me. I can't wait to meet you. Your friend, Max. PS...If you could donate a few dollars to my medical fund it would sure make my tail wag. Thanks friends!
