Lady-See Video!'s Story...
Lady is a bulldog/shepherd mix that weighs 57 lbs and is a little over a year old. Lady was an owner surrender so what she needs is a family who would spend the time loving her, playing with her and showing her what a good life is all about. She has really thrived in our environment and soaks up all our love! Playing ball is one of her favorite things to do. She loves to romp and play in the yard with her foster siblings and even wants to play with the fish!! One of her favorite pastimes is watching the fish tank (see last photo). She's just a big goofball that makes us smile everyday! Lady would make a wonderful addition to any family as she is already house trained & crate trained. She is in a great foster home where she is getting all the care and nurturing she deserves but would love to find her Furever home. If you are interested in learning more about this really sweet and deserving girl, please feel free to text or call her foster mom, Alecia Clark, @ 901-486-2850. Once adopted she will travel to her new forever home via transport. Lady's adoption fee of $460.00 includes her vaccinations, spay, microchip, current heartworm prevention and transport fee to her new forever home. For an adoption application please visit Bluescityanimalrescue.net and email it to baversa1@gmail.com

PLEASE REMEMBER TO CALL AHEAD AND GIVE YOUR VET PERMISSION TO SPEAK WITH US!

All of our pets start their journey in Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted at which time they travel via transport to their new forever home. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our New England adoptions (https://alphadogtransport.com) and The Road Home Pet Transport for our Midwest adopters.
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well educated decision from well qualified staff.

Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Blues City is operated 100% by volunteers. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lady-See Video!, a Brattleboro American Bulldog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a American Bulldog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with American Bulldog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
