Quin's Story...
Quin is a 2 year old, 50 pound Pitbull! She is awesome. Seriously - look at that smile. Quinn is a total sweetheart! She just wants to be loved. She is very kind and loves everyone she meets. She's very mellow and just likes to sleep next to you or near you. She knows her bed and is well behaved. She is great with dogs of all sizes and children.

Very quickly, Quinn has learned to sit and stay. She seeks approval from her human and responds very well to positive reinforcement with treats! Come feeding time, Quinn will sit and stay until her foster invites her to eat. Quinn enjoys to go outside and loves meeting new people. She is a great cuddler and loves being pet. Her favorite thing to do is sleep near you! She is not a barker and is quiet. In addition to all of Quinn’s awesomeness, she’s a great traveler.

All around, this girl is an amazing dog and will make someone extremely happy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Quin, a New York Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in New York, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in New York.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New York already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New York breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New York paves the way for another one to be saved.
