MS. LADY's Story...
Ms. Lady - female apx. 9 months old was found wandering the streets after being thrown out of the only home she ever knew. She was taken in by a neighbor who fed her, gave her love and made sure she would be safe. Unfortuantely, the rescuer could not keep her since she has two large dogs and reached out to my partner Petco Laveen for help. Abby an employee went and got Ms. Lady, contacted me and of course, we were more than happy to take her in. She is the kindest most gentle loving soul who needs a family who will not abandon her again. For now she is safe, fed, and very much loved, and is looking for the same - a family to call her own who will not abandon her again.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MS. LADY, a Glendale Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Glendale, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Glendale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glendale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glendale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glendale paves the way for another one to be saved.
