Suzie Q's Story...
Up for adoption: Suzie Q. She can be adopted in Texas and New England.

Suzie Q is about 7 months old and weights 30lbs. She is dog, cat and people friendly.

Suzie Q is so full of life, just a total love bug and so sweet. Loves to love and you and be loved on. She loves to run and play and is doing good learning to walk on the leash. She runs to and inside the kennel when I open the door and say kennel up. She's sits and stays well and waits patiently for her meals until you release her with "Go". She does well with all people and dogs and furry kitties.

She is spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, house and crate trained.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Suzie Q, a Austin Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Austin, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
