Max's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Max's Story...
Max is a 1 year old Akita Mix. He is awesome and very sweet. He is great with other dogs and all people and kids. He was an owner surrender after his previous owner had to move. Max grew up on a chain and he is currently in a dog day care environment. He would need someone experienced as he need to be taught basic manners and obedience. Besides that he is really just a sweet heart and would make an amazing family dog for an active family and a back yard. Maybe a play buddy would be great for him too. If not we would suggest regular visits to the dog park

Max is located in Georgia but we have rescue transport available every weekend

His adoption fee is $ 375 which includes transport cost, all vaccines, heartworm test, neuter and micro chip

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a West Springfield Akita/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Akita/Labrador Retriever for sale in West Springfield, or seeking a Akita/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in West Springfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Springfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Springfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Akita/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Akita/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Springfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
