Meet Owen! Owen came to us when a concerned family saw that he had been living in their neighborhood for quite a while and got concerned with winter coming. Owen is a very sweet boy who loves to be held, pet, and sit on your lap. He is just a lover and also likes to play. Owen is diabetic so he does get insulin twice a day but he is a champ for it and sits still for you! Owen is currently looking for his forever home where he can get all the love he deserves.
