Sugar's Story...
Sugar is a very sweet girl. She is about 7 years old. We rescued her from Georgia when she was pregnant and Heartworm positive. She also had pyometra. She is a wonderful girl who deserves a wonderful loving forever home. We believe she was just allowed to continue to reproduce. She gets along with everyone and is very calm for the most part. She gets along with most dogs. Some bigger ones she can be nervous around. If interested please contact us at loyalcompanions2015@gmail.com. She deserves a forever home not a kennel.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sugar, a New Haven Boxer/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in New Haven, or seeking a Boxer/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in New Haven.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Haven already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Haven breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Boxer/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Haven paves the way for another one to be saved.
