Here's what the humans have to say about me:
AVAILABLE 10-18-16 Little Brett was picked up as a "stray running at large" by an Animal Control Officer on October 12. He's a handsome little Beagle dog, who like most Beagles, loves people and other dogs. Brett went to our local "Bark for Life" event put on by the American Cancer Society on November 12. He was pretty popular not just because he's so cute, but he also let everyone know he was there with his Beagle bark (which is more like a holler than a bark). In fact, he won the best bark contest. He was great on leash and enjoyed sitting on laps to keep warm. He even seemed to enjoy his car ride. Brett would make a great family member, so come to the Shelter in Elizabeth City and meet this great little guy. He's vaccinated, tested negative for heart worms and will be neutered at adoption.
