Facts about Icy

  • Breed: Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) Mix
  • Color: Brindle
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Female
Icy's owner tied her to a post in a business parking lot and left a note taped to the post saying she could not afford to keep her. That's not exactly the humane way to surrender your pet. Luckily someone found Icy and she eventually landed in our program. She's a sweet, outgoing and friendly dog who forms bonds easily with people of all ages.

Icy is healthy and around 1 1/2 years old.

About Homeless Pets Foundation

About Our Rescue Group...

The Homeless Pets Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 1998 by Dr. Michael Good, an Atlanta veterinarian who saw a need to create an organization that could assist animal shelters and pet owners in need. In the Atlanta area alone, there are more than 100,000 animals destroyed each year for lack of a home. The Foundation provides critical medical care, food, foster care and comfort to these homeless animals.
