Adoption Donation: $300.00 for both

Wanna know why we're HAPPY? Because - That's our name...Happy and Happy Junior!  And...We're father and son and we get to stay together! ... We get lots of cuddling and sleep in a big bed! ... We get to go outside and run and play! ... We're healthy and we don't have to make any more puppies!  ... Our foster mom says we're adorable and just a little bit silly!
There are a lot more reasons. But you know what would make us even HAPPIER? To be in our forever home where we could make you HAPPY too!
Happy and Junior are father and son.  Happy is 10 years old and 9 lbs. and Junior is 8 years old and 8 lbs.  Junior was heartworm positive when he came to rescue but he went through his treatment and he is all better now.  They are both up-to-date on shots, neutered and micro chipped.

For now these handsome guys are being happy in Little River, SC!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Happy & Happy Jr*Adopted, a Walterboro Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Walterboro, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Walterboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walterboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walterboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walterboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
