Desi's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Desi's Story...
Desi came to us from a shelter as a skinny but very loving dog. She was so excited to come to a place where she had food, attention and someone to play with. We nicknamed her the "little firecracker" as she's always bursting with energy and excitement. Some of her favorite things to do are playing with chew toys and tennis balls, going for walks and playing with other dogs (namely her step brother and sister). She loves other dogs and people, including kids. A great family dog that will fit right in with just about anyone!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Desi, a Charlotte Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
