Oyster is a Torti looking for a forever home. The vet estimates that she is 3-4 years old. She has been checked out, spayed, and is UTD on all shots and healthy.

We would encourage Oyster going to a 1 pet home. While she's been introduced to her rescuer's resident cat, they never got on. The rescuers are pretty sure their cat was the instigator, but we can't know for sure if Oyster likes other animals or not.

Oyster loves being petted and scratched (no belly rubs though)! She is loves to sit in your lap or on the back of your chair (especially if she thinks it's dinner time). She likes chasing strings and firmly believes all pencils should be on the floor. Lastly, her favorite activity is the cat face fist bump.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption program includes an application form, home visit and contract. All persons interested in adopting a pet from us must read and complete the forms. Forms found at the end of our website. A non-refundable donation (we average $180 - $350 a pet, usually at least $350 for puppies including credit for sterilization) is required at the time of adoption to enable us to continue our efforts in helping other animals. We reserve the right to refuse the adoption of an animal to a home that does not meet these or other standards (be sure to read a copy of our
"Standards for Adoption" on our website). This includes the right to inspect homes and remove the animal if it is not receiving proper care or has been mistreated.
