She is super sweet, very loving and such a charmer! "Noel" came into the shelter as a stray in SEPTEMBER and she is still looking for a forever home. Please don't let this wonderful lady sit at animal control a moment longer. She DESPERATELY needs a safe and loving home OR a receiving rescue ASAP!
