Dashwood's Story...
Meet Dashwood!

Dashwood arrived at Tenth Life with his four brothers and sisters. Dashwood took a little time initially to warm up to us. He was just slightly shy. But after a couple successful days of being fed he started to show his snuggly side.

Dashwood and Willoughby (the two boys in the litter) are exceptional wrestlers. He is curious about everything and finds new toys among our recycling occasionally. He has a very loving disposition and will make a great companion.

Like his brother and sisters, Dashwood is very social and will be able to adapt very well to a new loving home.

Approx. DOB 8/18/16

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dashwood, a St. Louis Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in St. Louis, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in St. Louis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in St. Louis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a St. Louis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in St. Louis paves the way for another one to be saved.
