Barney's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Barney's Story...
Barney was one of 30 dogs from Louisiana I brought to Nashville to make room for the flood dogs. Barney was found with Bernice where someone had thrown them out at a dumpster. Barney is only 18 pounds and shy but so very sweet. His is full grown and will remain small. He has the color of a blue heeler and the body of a beagle. Barney is going to make an amazing family dog. He's great with other dogs and kids. Come this awesome little dude! He is very attached to Bernice if you'd consider adopting them together.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Barney, a Goodlettsville Beagle/Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Goodlettsville, or seeking a Beagle/Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Goodlettsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Goodlettsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Goodlettsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Beagle/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Goodlettsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
