Snoopy's Story...
Hi folks, I am Snoopy. I am a male white with black spotted Pit Bull mixed guy. I weigh approximately 54 pounds. My date of birth is estimated as 5/4/015 making me only a year old. I was seen being pushed out of a vehicle as my past owner left me to fend for myself. I am thankful a kind person witnessed what happened and I was brought to the shelter to be taken care of by the volunteers. I am a big snuggle bug loving to be petted and cuddled. I could use some training to become the dog I desire. My adoption fee of $150 is quite comprehensive - I am neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, wormed, tested negative for Heartworm/Ehrlichia/Lyme Disease and current on monthly heartworm/flea/tick preventative. Please consider making me part of your family, I would love to find myself in your lap!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Snoopy, a Hawk Point Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Hawk Point, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Hawk Point.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hawk Point already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hawk Point breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hawk Point paves the way for another one to be saved.
