Blaze's Story...
#288 Blaze, Male - Available 11/22/2016 Blaze is a tiny boy, described as a scrappy fighter. He was the runt who nearly didn't survive, but he has fought his way to being healthy and is a joy! He has a quiet nature, loves to be held. He may have low vision but IS definitely able to see, as he is very good at following his humans' heels. Fall is in the air and nothing like a puppy breath and soft fur to make you want to snuggle up at home. This litter of 11 puppies is an adorable little bunch! There are 4 brown pups whom the vet thinks the dad may have been Boxer or German Shepherd, 4 black puppies, and 3 blondes. They are all good natured puppies who love people already and look forward to snuggles and play time! They are already learning to use a potty pad, starting to eat delicious puppy chow and would love nothing more than to be in YOUR home for the Holidays! They are available for adoption beginning November 22, just in time for Thanksgiving. Blaze would be a wonderful addition for your family to be thankful for this year! Interested in adopting?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Blaze, a Allen Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie for sale in Allen, or seeking a Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Allen.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allen already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allen breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie breeders who help with Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allen paves the way for another one to be saved.
