Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Skye came from a home where she was never properly socialized with humans - she is not immediately suitable to be a family pet and she is certainly not dog park material. She needs a calm, quiet home that can offer her a lot of one-on-one and TLC. She has no aggression issues - just fear. While she was surrendered by a family that had small children, we would have to evaluate each application and applicant separately for their suitably for Skye. She does well with other dogs and is not a barker. She is crate-trained and leash-trained.
If you are interested in meeting any Poochmatch dog at our weekly adoption event on Saturdays at the Petsmart in Yorba Linda, CA (5521 Mirage St.) between 1-5 PM, please fill out an application from our website, poochmatch.com, and return it via email to poochmatch@hotmail.com no later than 11 AM on Fridays. Due to the high volume of dogs and puppies in our foster homes, it is impossible to bring them all every Saturday. The only way to ensure that the dog that you are interested in will be at the adoption event is to FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the dog you are interested in will be at our adoption event. If you cannot make the time frame of our events, appointments can be made at another time and location solely at the discretion of the foster parent.
All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, necessary vaccinations, fecal testing and deworming. Adoption fees vary solely based on age and size.
