Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Good with: People, kids (8 & up) dogs and cats.
Hi, my name’s Joe. Up until the past couple months, I was a lucky guy. I lived with my best friend down south for 7 years, but he passed away and I am still grieving. His family wasn’t able to keep me, so I went to a shelter for a little while until Survivor Tails read about me. I am up north in MA at my new foster home now, waiting for a family to come along to give me the love I lost.
Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a loyal guy who loves to get my ears scratched. I’ve never met a stranger, and I get along well with cats. I like to lay on the floor and just hang out watching Netflix. My foster dad loves sci-fi, and I think I’m starting to love it too. If anyone says R-I-D-E, I go nuts! I love riding in the car. Do you like going for walks? I do, and I am GREAT on a leash. I don’t like to pull because I like to stay right by your side. I don’t pay any attention to dogs that walk by me, either. I’m happy to just stroll around. Also, I am housebroken and I don’t have food or toy aggression. My favorite toys are ropes – gimme a good rope, and I’ll show you a good time.
Did I mention I like kids? I’ve been around a kid that was 7 years old and I was a perfect angel. I’m a pretty big guy – about 60 lbs – but I am gentle. You can see that I have some old age, but that doesn’t stop me from having a lot of love to give. I might need some help jumping in and out of the car, or (if you want me to) getting on the couch. I’m ready to meet my family and I hope to give you a big kiss very soon.
Sincerely,
Joe
