Snoopy's Story...
SNOOPY is a young little guy with a lot of spunk. SNOOPY was turned into our rescue when someone received SNOOPY as a present but wasn’t quite ready to have a young puppy running around in their life. He is kid, people, and dog friendly. He has met the resident cat at the vet’s office and plays very well with her. He is eager to please and excited about everything and anything. SNOOPY needs to learn his manners and we are working on his house training. He sleeps through the night in a crate without whining (that took him a while to learn!). He lives with kids and other dogs and is a happy boy that would love to find his forever home soon. SNOOPY will be neutered in early December 2016. He will NOT be placed into his forever home until he is neutered. However, we will start accepting applications immediately. SNOOPY is a little guy weighing in around 10 pounds. He is currently around 3-4 months old.

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs please fill out an Adoption Screening Form.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Snoopy, a Trenton Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Trenton, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in Trenton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Trenton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Trenton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Trenton paves the way for another one to be saved.
