Meet adoptable Sparky, a Jack Russell terrier/Shih Tzu mix! Sparky is a little over 1 year old, He enjoys playing with toys and running around the yard with his two foster brothers (one big and one small)! He also likes to snuggle up next to you on the couch and have a snooze and relax. He is incredibly sweet, great in the crate and picking up on potty training so nicely!
