Sabrina (Los Alamitos)'s Story...

Sabrina is about 11-12years old.  She is a sweet, cute, small (about 7lbs) senior dog.  She has low energy.  Would love to sit with you all day.  She loves her naps in the sun. She gets along will all dogs.  Not sure about cats

She has had some senior issues.  Her teeth were terrible and she had them all removed.  Her tongue now sticks out because nothing will hold her tongue in!!

If you would like to meet Sabrina or know more about her, please contact Janine at janinemcclure1@gmail.com or go to our website at www.russellrescueca.com to fill out an adoption application

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sabrina (Los Alamitos), a Los Angeles Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
