Whiskey's Story...
Meet whiskey...fall in love with whiskey...adopt whiskey and make your life complete. Whiskey is a 80 pound loveable golden lab mix. Gentle, sweet, loveable and absolutely one of the best dogs ever. 3 years old and does well with other dogs, and children. Whiskey needs an active family who will work with him, take him for long walks and hikes. Whiskey will not be content to be a couch potato and he thrives on exercise and activities. A fenced yard is an absolute must. Fence needs to be secure and at least 6 foot high. Whiskey can scale a fence and this boy loves to go visiting if given the chance. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Whiskey, a Ogden Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Ogden, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Ogden.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ogden already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ogden breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ogden paves the way for another one to be saved.
