She still timid with strangers but she comes up to you and wants to be loved on! She is currently recieving treatment for her nasty heartworms! She should be heartworm negative in 8 weeks or less. She's great with other dogs of all sizes! She's house and crate trained and will use a doggy door! She's around 3-4 years old and 12 lbs but slight my on the chunky side! She's utd, going through heartworm treatment and is spayed!

All dogs have a $150 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter!

About Wags and Whiskers

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a small foster based rescue group who pulls dogs and cats from local kill shelters along the gulf coast. Our goal is to rescue these unwanted precious souls, get them healthy and happy, and then place them in their perfect forever home.

Come Meet Our Pets...

All of our dogs are in foster homes, but we are very easy and flexible to set an appointment up with to meet one of our animals. We also participate regularly at adoption events with other local rescues.

Our Adoption Process...

All adoptions are subject to adoption application and home visit/meet and greet with the potential adopters. The adoption fee is $150 for all animals which includes all age appropriate shots, wormer, heart worm test if of age, rabies if of age, spay/neuter, monthly preventatives while in our care, and any other medical attention that may be needed.
